1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bapa Wellness Hub ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


2. Services

Bapa Wellness Hub offers:

  • Nutritional consultation services (phone, online, in-person)
  • Digital downloadable guides and resources
  • Physical fermented food products (kefir, sauerkraut, tallow, etc.)
  • Group coaching cohort programs

    All payments are processed securely via Paystack. We accept M-Pesa and major debit/credit cards. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.


    4. Digital Products

    Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered via email as downloadable files. Download links expire 48 hours after purchase. Please save your files promptly.


    5. Bookings

    Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for rescheduling. No refunds for same-day cancellations.


    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including guides, meal plans, blog posts, and materials — is the intellectual property of Beth Waweru / Bapa Wellness Hub and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.


    7. Limitation of Liability

    Bapa Wellness Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


    8. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
